ARMA announced a tender for the Zhovten sanatorium – the starting price is 300 thousand hryvnias

A tender for the search for a manager for the arrested property complex, the Zhovten sanatorium, located in Koncha-Zaspa, on the 27th kilometer of the Stolichnyi highway in Kyiv, has appeared on the Prozorro public procurement platform. This facility was transferred to the management of the National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) after the arrest since it is part of the property of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine.

According to information published on the Prozorro platform, the expected cost of management services will be 300,000 hryvnias. Bidding will commence on June 12, 2025, at 11:37, and the minimum price reduction step is 1,500 hryvnias, equivalent to 0.5%.

The terms of participation are standard: the price will be the determining criterion for selecting the winner. Payments for the services provided will be made after their completion within 30 days.

The Zhovten sanatorium spans an area of over 22,700 square meters and is situated in a prestigious green area, making it an attractive investment opportunity. According to the official assessment, the value of this property exceeds 60 million hryvnias.

The winner of the tender will be obligated to transfer a portion of the income to the state budget on a monthly basis, as well as to make a mandatory minimum payment, regardless of the revenue generated from the facility.

The tender will help verify the actual transparency of the new model of managing confiscated and arrested property. Public attention to facilities such as Zhovten is essential for reducing corruption risks and preventing the improper use of property, the financing of which was carried out at the expense of citizens’ contributions.

The Zhovten sanatorium has changed its purpose from a health center for pregnant women to an object of interest for oligarchs and political games.
