300 drones daily: the enemy increases the intensity of attacks – pessimistic forecasts
Russia can maintain the current level of drone attacks on Ukrainian territory until the end of 2025. The UK Defense Secretary John Healy announced this information during a recent meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in Ramstein.
At the moment, Russian forces are actively using more than 300 drones per day, which is the most extensive campaign of attacks since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Healy noted that this is a significant substantive shift that could continue throughout 2025.
He also emphasized that Russian drone attacks have already caused severe damage to Ukraine: settlements have been damaged, infrastructure has been destroyed, and civilians have been killed. According to him, such actions suggest that Moscow has no genuine intention of achieving peace.
Healy emphasized the importance of international community support for Ukraine, advocating for increased military assistance. He stressed that the UK plans to significantly increase the supply of drones to Ukraine from 10,000 last year to 100,000 in 2025.
In light of these developments, the Minister noted that it is necessary to intensify efforts and not reduce defense support.
