Military questions “busification” and mass violations of the CCC – emphasis on lighting and IPSO

Mobilization is a crucial component of modern Ukrainian defense, and relying solely on volunteers is insufficient to meet military needs fully. Lieutenant Colonel Svyatoslav Palamar expressed this opinion during an interview.

He noted that although the Azov unit is not the only part of the defense system, other units also demonstrate a high level of combat readiness; however, mobilization would remain mandatory in general. Palamar also pointed to the possible influence of hostile information operations on some high-profile cases related to territorial recruitment centers (TCC).

Discussing legislative violations related to mobilization, he emphasized that there are cases of unlawful actions in which the perpetrators must be held accountable under the law. He also noted that maintaining discipline among service members is crucial.

Palamar emphasized that the strict policy of the CCC may encourage citizens to voluntarily serve in the army, as awareness of the inevitability of conscription may influence their decision.

It is also worth paying attention to the military training that students undergo, as well as the aspects of mobilizing women. According to previous reports, women may receive calls for service, while other categories of persons may have certain privileges when traveling abroad.
