In “Reserve+” added “label”: how to improve relationships with the shopping center

During the martial law in Ukraine, the military was in control. Now, the territorial centers of completion have the authority to search for citizens who have not responded to the summons or have not updated their credentials. Although it is not a criminal prosecution, the status of “wanted” can lead to various problems, including penalties and court proceedings.

There are two main ways to check your status:

Send a formal request to the CCC at the place of account. This is the most reliable option, but it requires a personal visit.

Use the Reserve+Appendix. This service enables you to check for any violations or warnings related to military accounting.

However, lawyers emphasize that a warning to “Reserve+” does not always indicate your status in the search register. Accurate information is only available personally in the CCC.

What if you are already wanted?

Lawyers note that it is possible to get rid of the status of “wanted” only after fulfilling three basic conditions:

Visit the shopping center personally. You may be fined, but this turnout will launch the search process.

Pay a fine. Depending on the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses (210 or 210-1) that has been violated, the amount may vary from 3,400 to 8,500 UAH.

Update your military accounting data. This condition is mandatory for complete completion of the procedure.

After all of these actions, the CCC should cancel the search, and you will be removed from the relevant registers.

Failure to comply with stories and evasion can result in more severe consequences. In the case of systematic violations of Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, there is a real criminal liability for evasion of mobilization.

Human rights activists advise against delaying the situation. If you consider yourself unusable or have grounds for deferral, it is recommended to appear before the CCC to avoid negative consequences voluntarily.
