Mobile communication will become half as cheap: Kyivstar attracts subscribers with attractive discounts – which provides

In July 2025, the mobile operator Kyivstar significantly updated its tariff plans, offering Ukrainians profitable discounts. Subscribers have the opportunity to save on both mobile communications and home Internet, choosing more affordable options.

Home Internet users can take advantage of new promotional offers. The “Udacha” tariff is temporarily available for 100 hryvnias per month — half the usual cost. The discount is valid for six months. Another tariff, “Home”, can be obtained for 200 hryvnias for three months, instead of the previous 350 hryvnias.

In addition, prices for the “All Together” line of tariffs have been reduced. In July, they can be connected for only 200 hryvnias per month for three months. These packages include home Internet with speeds of up to 100 Mbps, Kyivstar TV, 20 GB of mobile Data, 1,200 minutes for calls within Ukraine, more than 6 GB of roaming data, as well as a set of “superpowers” at no additional cost.

Discounts also apply to business customers. For new corporate subscribers, Kyivstar offers tariffs with a 35% discount in the first six months. For example, the “Business UA. Light” tariff costs 195 hryvnias instead of 300, “Optimum” — 390 hryvnias instead of 600, and “Maximum” — 650 hryvnias instead of 1000 hryvnias.

Additionally, some tariffs include the option to double the number of gigabytes and minutes, provided that payment is made on time. For example, for 350 hryvnias in the “ALL TOGETHER Easy” tariff, users receive 40 GB and 300 minutes, and in the “ALL TOGETHER Cool” tariff for 500 hryvnias, they receive 100 GB and 600 minutes.
