When a citizen is re-registered for military service after being deregistered, this is most likely due to an error by the territorial recruitment center (TCC). Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan explains where to turn and what actions to take in such a situation.
A man who was deregistered for medical reasons at the district level contacted the lawyers. However, he was subsequently re-registered by another TCC. He asked why this had happened and what steps he should take afterward.

The lawyer reported that the TCC that deregistered the citizen did not enter the appropriate data into the Unified Register, as a result of which the man continues to be registered in another TCC where he was trained.
What to do in case of unlawful re-registration?
The lawyer recommends that in such a situation, submit an official request to the TCC to rectify the mistake of re-registering the citizen.
Since the city CCC made the mistake, it is worth contacting them with a corresponding statement, Ayvazyan emphasizes.
It is also worth noting that women are facing new fines from the CCC, and it is essential to understand the sanctions that can be imposed. It was previously reported that there is now no need to visit the CCC in person to complete certain documents. Additionally, the situation with penalties for evaders also warrants special attention.
