Suvora warns about the termination of subsidies through transfers to cards
The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained how money transfers from card to card are assessed when applying for a subsidy. If a citizen cannot fully pay for utilities, he has the right to apply for a housing subsidy, part of the costs of which will be covered by the state. It is important to note that the amount of the subsidy is calculated based on the income of all household members, in particular:
- salary;
- pensions;
- unemployment benefits;
- dividends and other income.
Particular attention is paid to money transfers received from abroad. Such transfers may be considered additional income, so the tax service and the Pension Fund may take them into account when determining the amount of the subsidy. This may lead to a reduction in the amount of the subsidy or even a refusal to provide it.
In 2025, some categories of citizens, in particular people with disabilities, will receive additional funds to pay for utilities. For example, in Dnipro, they plan to pay from 500 to 700 hryvnias as an addition to the central subsidy.
Earlier, it was also reported that PrivatBank began to reduce and close credit limits without warning. In addition, passengers may receive fines in the train car for violating specific rules. Changes are also being introduced in the system of social payments, which concern subsidies and assistance for internally displaced persons.
