Thanks to his first victory at the Diamond League stage, which took place in Brussels, Doroshchuk won the gold medal, overcoming a height of 2.25 meters.

This triumph earned the athlete 8 points, which proved decisive in securing a spot in the final. With this result, he rose to fourth place in the overall standings; the six best athletes reached the final.

The initial place in the ranking is occupied by the Olympic champion from Paris, Hamish Kerr from New Zealand, who has accumulated 34 points. His assets consist of two victories at the stages in Rabat and Silesia, as well as the “silver” of the competition in Doha.
