Sviatoslav Dubyna explained how Ukrainians can return control of the state back to the people

The well-known military figure Svyatoslav Dubyna shared his vision of the current political situation in Ukraine on the air of the “7 Steps” channel. According to him, the current government has independence not only from the Ukrainian people but also from Western partners who are trying to control the situation in the country. However, as Dubyna notes, the Ukrainian government, like a fish in water, avoids such control, using war as a means to avoid responsibility to the people and the West. He emphasized that in conditions of war, international partners turn a blind eye to the problems of corruption and waste.

Dubyna emphasizes that Independence Day, which is celebrated on August 24, is actually a holiday for the Verkhovna Rada, because the people really voted for independence in the referendum on December 1. The government, in his opinion, does not give the people the right to celebrate.

The military compares the situation in Ukraine with the plot of the film “Django Unchained”, in which a black worker on an estate cannot imagine how a world without slavery can exist. Dubina noted that the existence of slave relations in the minds of people supports the corresponding system in power, where they must serve their “masters”. According to him, the current government cannot imagine a world without hierarchical relations between people.
