Kaleniuk from the Central Military District accuses our military of treason, while she herself hides her husband from mobilization, – military man

The Executive Director of the Anti-Corruption Center, Darya Kalenyuk, called Ukrainian volunteer soldier Kyrylo Marusov a “Moscow scum.” Marusov, who has been serving in the hottest spots of the front since 2022, has become the object of criticism, which has caused outrage in the military. Oleksandr Ignatiev, a military officer, published a video of the incident and expressed his opinion on Kalenyuk’s statement.

He accused Kalenyuk of trying to evade mobilization while defending the honor and dignity of the Ukrainian military. Ignatiev emphasized that Marusov, despite the opportunity to avoid service, went to the front when others, including Kalenyuk’s colleagues, were leaving the country.

He stressed the importance of the Anti-Corruption Center’s assessment of Kaleniuk’s statements, indicating that if the organization shares its position on Ukrainian defenders, it should be closed as a hostile structure.

Ignatiev also mentioned that he had not previously commented on several negative situations related to anti-corruption activists, but believes that he cannot remain silent when Kaleniuk defends a “traitor” and humiliates the honor of the Ukrainian military.

He noted that his indignation was caused by the fact that Kaleniuk, who represents civil society, allows herself open contempt for the military who are risking their lives.

Let us recall that on August 25, the Kyiv Court of Appeal considered an appeal against the preventive measure for Ruslan Maghamedrasulov, a top NABU official accused of treason. During the hearing, military personnel came to the court with protest posters.
