NABU is searching for Ivanyushchenko in a case involving land worth UAH 160 million

NABU has launched an investigation against a former MP from the Party of Regions, who is suspected of possibly legalizing 18 hectares of state land, valued at over 160 million hryvnias.

It is known that in 2021, a conflict arose between the former MP and the developer for control over the Stolichny market, located in the suburbs of Kyiv. As a result, the parties decided to transfer part of the assets to enterprises that were under their control.

According to detectives, representatives of the State Geocadastre participated in this operation, who changed the purpose of the market’s land plots. Some of the plots were divided into nine parts of 2 hectares each and transferred to pre-determined persons, who later sold them to three related companies.

After that, the participants in the conflict concluded an informal agreement on the joint use of these lands. In September 2021, a person acting on behalf of the former People’s Deputy was included among the beneficiaries of the companies that received the rights to these plots.
