Fine for failure to comply with military registration: ways to check through the CCC and online payment

Ukraine is undergoing general mobilization, and improper compliance with military registration rules can lead to fines. It is essential to know where you can check for data on possible administrative violations or criminal cases.

Attorney Lydia Karplyuk, a partner at Grain Law Firm, explains that individuals subject to military registration can find out about the presence of fines through the Reserve+ mobile application. If an active fine is detected, the user can contact the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCK and SP) for detailed information about the violation.

A lawyer can also obtain such information by sending a request to the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCK and SP).

In criminal cases where a person is a suspect, information can be obtained through the Diya application by ordering an extract from the criminal record. The lawyer can send a request to the Prosecutor General’s Office for professional assistance.

Instructions for paying a fine online

• You can pay a fine for violating military registration directly through Reserve+. • Today, the system allows the payment of 9 types of fines, including:

failure to appear upon summons to the Central Military District and the Joint Service;
Failure to register in the military registry after 25 years;
inability to change registration after returning from places of imprisonment;
failure to register as an internally displaced person;
refusal to provide data on property (buildings, transport) during mobilization;
Failure to pass a military medical commission (MMC).
On average, the process of paying a fine through Reserve+ takes up to 4 days. Within 20 days after the fine is imposed, the amount is reduced by 50%, resulting in a reduction of 8,500 hryvnias.

It is worth noting that paying a fine for failing to appear upon summons does not exempt a person from the obligation to appear at the territorial recruiting center for a military medical commission.
