Urgent inspection of “Diya”: Ukrainians receive new fines through TCC
Recently, many men began receiving messages in the “Diya” application about the opening of enforcement proceedings and the seizure of funds from bank accounts. Lawyer Ruslan Tkachenko explained how to respond to such situations. According to him, this most often happens due to failure to appear at the TCC to update personal data or undergo a medical examination. In such cases, the TCC has the right to impose fines without prior notification to the person, and the documents are then transferred to the State Enforcement Service for enforcement.
Assistance for heating: who can receive up to 20,000 hryvnias
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to extend the deadline for submitting applications for assistance of 19,400 hryvnias to ensure the heating season. According to Resolution No. 1250 of October 1, 2025, the new term is until October 24, 2025. This financial support is intended for families living in high-risk areas, especially those who heat their homes with solid fuels such as wood or coal.
