Don’t delay document verification: Ukrainians have been provided with important information
Document loss is a common occurrence that can happen to anyone. Regardless of the reasons for their loss, it is essential to restore documents or order duplicates if necessary.
The Telegram channel “Advokat Prava” shared information on the procedure for obtaining duplicate documents.
Duplicates can be ordered through the Diya portal, where the following documents are available for restoration:
Birth certificate;
Change of name;
Marriage certificate;
Divorce certificate;
Death certificate.
To order a document, you need to log in to the portal. Next, select the “Services” section, find “Extractions and certificates”, then select the required document and indicate the reason for issuing a duplicate. After that, select the pickup location and pay for the service.
In addition to the specified certificates, you can also restore notarial documents by contacting a notary’s office with a written request. The request must indicate the reason for restoration. All documentation is stored in notarial archives and can be restored quickly.
To restore a document, an individual must provide the notary with a passport or other identity document, along with an identification code. If the applicant is an heir or executor of a will, a death certificate must be provided, along with documentary confirmation of the family relationship.
We remind you that recently, pensioners were prohibited from receiving a salary and a pension at the same time, so it is worth checking whether this will affect you. In addition, we reported on whether it is worth buying power banks, charging stations, and generators, factoring in their prices.
