Shopping center “Gulliver” in Kyiv has suspended its work: the main details
Recently, it became known that the new owners of the shopping and office complex “Gulliver” in Kyiv decided to close it for an indefinite period to ensure stable operations.
Oschadbank’s press service confirmed this information.
Information is spreading on the network that Oschadbank employees on duty at the complex’s entrance are letting in only “residents who pick up their belongings.”
Oschadbank also noted that, despite the change of ownership, the company is actively resisting the transfer of management of the facility: it blocks access to engineering premises, fails to provide technical documentation, and deliberately overloads power systems.
The reason for this closure was a decision made on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 p.m.
The confrontation between the former owner, the Three O company, and the consortium of Oschadbank and Ukreximbank continues to gain momentum. Both sides claim a conflict in the process of transferring the complex into the ownership of state banks.
In June, ARMA launched a competition to select the company to manage the Gulliver shopping center in the capital. According to the selection results on August 27, the company “Limex Express Kyiv” won. She undertook to pay 17.39 million hryvnias to the state budget every month. The representatives of this company assured that they have no connections to participants in criminal proceedings related to shopping malls and that they have experience managing large projects and cooperating with foreign partners.
