PrivatBank now offers reduced tariffs for card services: what has become cheaper

PrivatBank announced a reduction in tariffs for international transfers made with a Mastercard card via the Privat24 platform. Reduced tariffs will be valid until January 31, 2026.

According to the new conditions, the commission for transfers from a foreign Mastercard card to a PrivatBank card will now be 1% of the amount, down from 1.5%. Also, when transferring funds from PrivatBank currency cards to foreign cards, the commission is 1% with a minimum of 50 hryvnias, whereas before it was 2%.

The bank reported that transfers between cards can be made in several ways: via the “Privat24” web version in the “Transfers – To the card” section, or via the “Privat24” mobile application in the “Transfer” menu. Transfers abroad are possible only with currency cards, with a minimum of 10 US dollars, and the maximum per transfer is 29,999 hryvnias.

Issues related to transaction delays and duplication have been reported in the past, raising concerns among customers about the performance of banking services.
