Leonardo DiCaprio reveals why he doesn’t plan to become a director

Leonardo DiCaprio, a famous American actor, has spoken about his lack of desire to become a director. This information was published by People magazine.

“I have been asked this question many times, and I always answered: I would never want to be a director. I could not create something like what Martin Scorsese does. So why should I even try?” DiCaprio said during an event organized by Time magazine at the end of the year.

The actor has already collaborated with Scorsese on six films.

Recently, Time magazine named DiCaprio the Artist of the Year for 2025. The editorial office emphasized: “He does not lose popularity. After more than three decades on the screen, viewers still want to watch his name, perhaps even more than ever before.”
