A judge from Dnipro has only partial ownership of an apartment and no other property
Judge of the Industrial District Court of Dnipro, Nataliya Nedobytyuk, reports her place of residence as her father’s apartment. She became famous for her decisions in a road accident that affected the son of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center No. 1241 in Dnipro, Oleksandr Khtominsky.
Data on her property status are presented in the declaration, which journalists reviewed.
According to the document, the judge recently started working in her position. Her basic salary is 162 thousand hryvnias, and she also received 123.6 thousand hryvnias in part-time work. She also performs the duties of a civil protection specialist at the KNP “Dnipro Center of Primary Health Care No. 7”.
Among her declared sources of income is state assistance of 1,300 hryvnias. The declaration states that Nedobytyuk is a co-owner of an apartment measuring 96.7 m² in Dnipro, which she purchased in 2021. The other half belongs to her father, Fedor Nedobytyuk.
The judge also uses another apartment with an area of 45.2 m², registered in the name of her father, Volodymyr Nedobytyuk. Since 2002, she has lived there with the owner’s consent.
The judge has 61.2 thousand hryvnias and 6.23 thousand US dollars in his accounts. No other assets or valuables are listed in the declaration.
It is also worth noting that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption found unreliable data in MP Orest Salamakha’s declaration, who represents the “Servant of the People” faction. Significant underestimation of property values, unreported transactions, and suspicious sources of funds were identified.
