In the coming weeks, Ukrainians were introduced to information about the new offensive of the Russian Federation
In the Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Sumy regions, hostilities have somewhat decreased, but the enemy continues to regroup and prepare for new offensive actions. This was stated by Viktor Tregubov, head of the United Forces Communications Department, in a program on the Espresso channel.
He noted that in the Ukrainian military’s areas of responsibility, particularly in Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Sumy Oblasts, the enemy is completing certain stages of its operations, but without significant changes in the situation. In recent days, attacks have become less intense, but the enemy is still actively regrouping and trying to infiltrate.
Tregubov also emphasized that Russian forces are already preparing for new offensives at the end of winter. “Preparations are underway, but this does not mean that everything has become calm on our front. The shelling of peaceful settlements continues. I am now in Kharkiv and recently heard explosions in the vicinity. This indicates that the Russians are not stopping their actions, although the overall intensity of hostilities has decreased,” he noted.
Analysts also report on the achievements of Russian forces in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. The enemy is advancing near the village of Reznikivka in the Donetsk region, moving toward Slovyansk, and attempts to advance near the town of Dorozhnyakiu, located south of Gulyaipol in the Zaporizhzhya region, are also being recorded.
