Shelling of maternity ward: two pregnant women among the victims
In Zaporizhia, Russian troops attacked a maternity hospital, injuring at least six people, including two women who were being examined at a medical facility. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.
Fedorov stressed that this shelling is another evidence of Russian aggression against the civilian population and critical infrastructure. He added that attacks on medical facilities seriously threaten not only people’s lives, but also create difficulties in providing medical care to residents of the region.
Local authorities and emergency services are quickly responding to the incident, organizing the evacuation of the injured and providing the necessary medical care. Ivan Fedorov called on the population to be careful and follow safety rules in the event of further attacks.
