An official from Kyiv declared a million-dollar house, a car, and $30,000 in cash
In 2026, Olga Naumenko, the chief specialist of the municipal property department of the Podilskyi district state administration of Kyiv, declared significant changes in the family’s property. According to her declaration, she and her family purchased a house, a land plot, and two Toyota cars, as well as several sources of income.
The documents indicate that in 2025, Olga’s husband, Andriy Naumenko, acquired the following:
a house in the village of Borova (Fastiv district, Kyiv region) with an area of 118.3 m², acquired on August 5, 2025;
a land plot with an area of 418 m² in the same village (also on August 5, 2025);
a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid car, purchased on September 18, 2025, for UAH 1.8 million;
a 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid car for UAH 300,000, purchased on September 16, 2025;
a 2008 Toyota Corolla with an estimated value of UAH 150,000.
Part of the cost of the new car (Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 2025) was financed by a UAH 853,000 loan issued on September 16, 2025, at Oschadbank. Olga Naumenko acted as a guarantor, and the car became collateral for the loan.
Olga Naumenko owns 50% of the 69.9 m² apartment in Kyiv, which she has had since 2004, while the other 50% belongs to two other persons.
During 2025, Naumenko received UAH 380,500 in salary from the Podilskyi RDA, as well as UAH 10,000 as compensation for damage or destroyed property. Her husband earned UAH 240,000 working at “Microvision” LLC, where he is the head (EDRPOU code 44482776).
In addition, he received UAH 150,000 from the sale of movable property, likely an old car. Andriy Naumenko has $30,000 in cash.
The declaration also records another income – UAH 950,000 from the sale of movable property, registered on January 17, 2026, with the source indicated as citizen Tetyana Viktorivna Hrinka.
Currently, Yevhen Volodymyrovych Mamaychuk, who previously worked in the Donetsk Regional CCC, has been appointed the new acting head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Territorial Center for Procurement and Social Support.
