Кадрові помилки можуть обернутися для вас втратами: одна "дрібниця" позбавить пенсії

Personnel mistakes can turn into losses for you: one “little thing” will deprive you of your pension

A critical deadline is approaching in Ukraine, which could significantly affect thousands of employees. By June 10, 2026, all employers are required to digitize their employees’ work books. However, the situation is ambiguous, since no sanctions are provided for failure to fulfill this obligation.

The state has set clear deadlines, but has not introduced fines, which may lead to many employers postponing this issue, leaving their employees without the necessary documentation.

This problem becomes especially relevant when applying for a pension: without a digitized work book, automatic assignment of pension payments becomes impossible, which requires additional checks and delays processes for a long time.

Experts advise not to rely solely on employers and, if possible, to independently collect your paper work book to submit all the necessary documents through the Pension Fund portal. This approach will provide personal control over the process and reduce the risks associated with the human factor.

In today’s digital world, old paper documents are becoming almost redundant. However, there can be significant risks during the transition, and it’s important to take care of your documentation now so that you don’t have to worry about recovering what you’ve lost in the future.
