Foreign currency cash and luxury cars: declaration of a State Labor Service official
Deputy Director of the State Enterprise “Western Expert and Technical Center of the State Labor Service” Viktor Shaitan has published a declaration of his income and property.
According to the document, he and his wife Nadia own a residential building with an area of 347.6 m² and a land plot of 100 m² in the city of Sheptytskyi in the Lviv region.
The official’s wife declared an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 118.2 m² and a parking space of 16.1 m². In addition, she owns non-residential premises with a total area of over 665 m², most of which are located in Kyiv and Chervonohrad. A land plot of 100 m² in the village of Skhidnytsia, Drohobych district, is also listed.
The declaration indicates two cars: Viktor Shaitan owns a 2021 BMW X7, and his wife owns a 2017 Toyota Land Cruiser.
The family has significant cash savings. Viktor declared 350 thousand hryvnias in cash and 260 thousand hryvnias in accounts at PrivatBank. His wife indicated 320 thousand hryvnias in cash, 305 thousand dollars and 20.5 thousand euros, as well as more than 400 thousand hryvnias in accounts at Oschadbank.
Viktor Shaitan’s main income for 2025 is 201 thousand hryvnias in salary, 283 thousand hryvnias in pension and 85 thousand hryvnias in recourse. His wife received a pension of 62.5 thousand hryvnias.
