Oschadbank has moved to a new level: it lends its own funds to clients
Sberbank Users Express Discontent Over Service Quality and Delays in Accessing Deposited Funds
Users of Sberbank are expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of service, particularly when it comes to situations where customers are forced to use their deposited funds before the bank processes them. This issue has become a topic of discussion on the “Minfin” platform.
One customer shared her experience with the “Mobile Savings” service, where she transferred her savings to her account. She believed that the transferred funds were immediately available for use.
The woman explained: “When I transferred money from mobile savings to my card account, I didn’t think it would take some time. I received the transfer and continued using it a few hours later.”
However, as it turned out, the bank had not yet processed the payment, meaning the woman essentially borrowed her own money.
She clarified: “They didn’t manage to process the payment in time, so they gave me a loan of my own money. I transferred the funds from mobile savings, and after more than two hours, they were still not available. The support team informed me that the funds may become available within two days.”
This situation highlights the issues customers face in understanding the processing of their finances and the complications that may arise in case of transaction delays.
