Dmytro Linartovich reported on his divorce, which happened during the war
Actor Dmytro Linartovych, who has been serving in the armed forces since 2022, shared personal news about his divorce from his wife during the war. In a candid conversation with journalists, he said that he now lives independently, as the couple decided to divorce.
Dmytro, who is known for such films as “The One Who Walked Through the Fire”, “Toloka”, “Hetman”, and “Autumn Memories”, considers it essential for him to share these experiences.
The actor noted that he and his wife decided their paths had diverged. “It so happened that we are no longer together. She lives abroad with her children,” he said. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Dmytro took the family to Bohuslav, but later they went outside Ukraine.
Linartovych admitted that these events were accompanied by stress and difficulties. “I remember how she asked me: ‘Dima, what do you think?’ I replied: ‘Listen to your intuition. Women feel great.’ She left for Poland, then to Italy, and later moved even further.”
The actor’s words convey deep respect for his children. “They remain my sons. When they return to Ukraine, I will meet them. I take care of them and try to stay in touch. My sons are real Cossacks, I love them, and I am grateful to my ex-wife for giving me such wonderful children. Now we live separately,” he emphasized.
