Мер Трускавця Андрій Кульчинський підозрюється у справі щодо можливого незаконного збагачення

Truskavets Mayor Andriy Kulchynskyi is suspected in a case of possible illegal enrichment

Truskavets Mayor Andriy Kulchynskyi has become a subject of interest to law enforcement agencies. An investigation is underway into the sources of financing for his family’s property, which is worth over UAH 9.8 million.

Law enforcement officers suspect that Kulchynskyi may have been involved in schemes of illicit enrichment through the registration of real estate in the names of his wife, Natalia, and daughter, Ustina, the total value exceeds UAH 9.8 million. The information comes from a ruling published on May 9 in the Unified State Register.

The ruling of the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv, which allows investigators access to financial and accounting documents, was also published on May 9 in the register of court decisions.

Investigators found that in 2024-2025, the Kulchynskyi family purchased eight apartments and four non-residential premises in Truskavets. The investigation will examine bank, tax, and other financial documents relating not only to the mayor, but also to his family members, including his wife, daughters, parents, and relatives of his wife.

On February 4, 2025, Kulchynsky announced significant changes in his financial situation. According to information, as of January 30, he, his wife, and daughter became the owners of four apartments and two non-residential premises with a total value of over UAH 1.8 million. However, according to the court, the real market value of the family’s property exceeds UAH 9.8 million.

Andriy Kulchynsky claims that he did not buy new real estate, but only re-registered property that has long been in his family: he transferred part of the apartments to the names of his wife and daughter.

The annual declaration for 2024, filed on March 27, states that Natalia Kulchynskaya owns four apartments and two non-residential premises.

The National Police of Lviv Region refrained from commenting on the investigation, citing the pre-trial investigation’s confidential status.

Andriy Kulchynsky has headed the city of Truskavets since 2015, and in 2020, he was re-elected from the political party “European Solidarity”.

It is known that the mayor of Truskavets declared a significant increase in his real estate, which includes eight apartments and several non-residential premises.
