Wanted fugitives for failure to appear at the CCC: lawyer explains search terms

According to the existing legislation, there are clear deadlines for bringing persons who evade mobilization to administrative responsibility. However, as soon as the military commissariat begins a search for a person, special rules apply to him. Legal expert Andriy Karpenko reported this.

If a conscript attempts to evade mobilization, the territorial recruiting center (TCK) has grounds to transfer data about this person to the police for search and possible detention measures.

Karpenko noted that search actions are long-term, and the statute of limitations for the case does not affect the person’s status in the system. That is, until the person contacts the TCK and resolves his issues, the search will not be canceled.

It is noted that the only exception is fines for violating the rules of military registration. If more than a year has passed since the violation, the TCK cannot impose a fine on a person. However, the “wanted” status will remain valid even if 12 months have passed since the conscript failed to appear for the summons.

Thus, despite the expiration of the deadline for imposing a fine, the issue of wanted status remains relevant. Earlier, we also discussed the causes that may be grounds for not submitting a summons, and lawyers explained what legal ways you can try to avoid punishment during inspections.
