Oleg Starikov revealed how Ukraine can achieve victory in the postponed war with Russia
On his channel, expert Oleg Starikov noted that a war can end in different ways: with a victory, defeat, a stalemate, or a freezing of the conflict. He also emphasized that sometimes, a war can only be postponed for later.
Recalling history, Starikov points out that intelligent trading states, such as the Republic of Genoa, resorted to negotiations during the attacks of the conquerors, offering compensation for expenses and promising to return to the issue of war after a specific time. According to the expert, over the past five years, changes in the political arena have been significant.
Starikov believes that the occupied territories will eventually return to Ukraine. He calls for a distribution: what is beneficial to Ukraine now and what can be postponed. According to him, if this process is delayed, the consequences can be severe – a decrease in the population because war takes lives.
The expert also addressed the issue of global technological changes and the development of artificial intelligence. According to his forecasts, the occupied territories may eventually realize the economic benefits of returning to Ukraine. He recalled that during the Soviet era, Crimea became part of Ukraine precisely because the Soviet authorities were unable to ensure the region’s proper development.
