How to correctly submit documents to the CCC for processing a deferral by mail

Ukrainians who are subject to mobilization and have the right to a deferral can submit their documents remotely rather than visiting the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). However, specific nuances in this process should be followed. Lawyer Vladyslav Derii reported this.

Mobilized citizens can send their documents by mail, which simplifies the procedure for obtaining a deferral. The issue of the need for notarization of documents when sending them became the subject of consultations.

Vladyslav Derii noted that although notarization is not mandatory, it is recommended to do it before sending documents to the TCC. This will avoid possible problems.

“You can send regular copies of documents that confirm your right to a deferral. In this case, all copies should be marked “Corresponds to the original” and indicate the date, signature, and initials,” the specialist commented.

It is essential to save the receipt for sending and a description of the attached documents, as this will help confirm the fact of delivery.

It is also worth noting that the CCC previously conducted inspections, in particular, related to registration, and lawyers advised avoiding fines through legal mechanisms. Representatives of the Znay information portal noted new attempts by the CCC, which include the illegal transfer of conscripts to registration in other regions without their consent.
