Business without borders: how Next Level Business Forum brings entrepreneurs and investors closer together
The topic of scaling Ukrainian businesses and entering the international arena became central at the Next Level Business 2.0 forum, which took place in Kyiv. Entrepreneurs, investors, and experts discussed ways to protect businesses from cyber threats and shared their experiences of successful development.
The forum was held at the IQ Business Center in Kyiv, where not only entrepreneurs but also strategists, producers, and other figures who seek to transform the business environment gathered. This event served as a platform for exchanging ideas on the further development of Ukrainian business.
Business communications and cyber security expert Nianil, CEO of Teach-a-Teach, emphasized that training in the basics of cybersecurity should concern all employees, not just top managers. She noted: “In your opinion, are there any companies that can be considered fully protected in the digital world? No, because many focus exclusively on protecting the computers of executives. Meanwhile, employees who do not work in IT can become vulnerable due to simple mistakes, such as phishing.”
Marina Filipenko, founder of the NGO Fenix Charity, and Tetyana Sevitska, founder of PR Evвен Influence Company, emphasized the importance of partnerships for adapting to changes and entering the international market. Tetyana added: “In difficult times, it is important to join forces because only through cooperation can we achieve more for the development of business and startups not only in Ukraine but also in the world.”
Andriy Halych, a lawyer and international expert, spoke about cybersecurity and the investigation of cybercrime. He noted that their company is the only one in Ukraine that conducts such investigations on a level with the cyber police: “The number of requests from individuals and businesses is growing every day. We are the only company in Ukraine that deals with private cyber incidents on the same level as the cyber police.” In cases of international crimes, they cooperate with Interpol, Europol, and the FBI.
The Next Level Business Forum 2.0 has become a vital platform for exchanging experiences on business scaling, cybersecurity, and partnerships, enabling Ukrainian businesses to not only survive but also thrive in the face of modern challenges.
