Andriy Khvetkevych on betrayals, conflicts and reconciliation with a husband from Colombia

Andriy Khvetkevych, a participant in a popular reality show, shared the details of the difficult moments in his marriage to Colombian Felipe. In January, their relationship was on the verge of breaking up, but thanks to the help of a psychologist, they were able to reconnect.

Andriy, who gained fame thanks to the second season of the romantic show “The Bachelor,” spoke about the difficulties in his relationship with his husband, Felipe, with whom they have been together for more than eight years and have been married for two of those years. During this time, the couple experienced two severe crises, one of which could have been triggered by Felipe’s betrayal.

The second crisis occurred in January of this year when the situation was so tense that the couple almost decided to divorce.

However, despite all the difficulties, they managed to save their relationship. Andriy noted in a conversation with Slava Demin that seeking help from a family psychologist helped improve their communication and stabilize their relationship.

“We have already gone through two crises, and in January, the situation was dire. We almost decided to divorce. However, after consulting a psychologist, everything stabilized, and now we are fine,” said Andriy.

He also shared how they resolve conflicts. Khvetkevych tries to avoid raising his voice, listening to his partner to convey his point of view calmly. According to him, an emotional reaction only complicates the situation.

“I try to be restrained, listen to him, and express my opinion. If you start arguing, it does not lead to a good result,” he noted.

This situation has once again drawn public attention to the couple’s personal life, but Andriy and Felipe continue to work on their relationship.
