Hospitals will transfer all data to the CCC: what changes await those liable for military service

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law that modernizes military registration and access to medical information. According to the innovations, data from medical institutions will automatically be sent to the register of military conscripts.

To enter health data, it will be enough to contact a therapist, after which the information will be entered into the Oberig system via an electronic database. Law No. 12066 simplifies the process of checking fitness for military service and ensures integration with the electronic health care system (ESOS).

Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko noted that this is part of the broader digitalization process. First, the Oberig system was created, and then its functionality was expanded through the Army+ application. In the future, it is planned to establish a register of military personnel to provide them with digital services.

It is emphasized that the Central Military Commissions (CMCs) are fulfilling their duties in response to Russia’s military aggression. It is noted that if the war had not started, there would have been no problems with mobilization summonses.

The confrontation continues: the Ukrainian military is preparing for battle while the Russian troops are deploying their soldiers without proper training. Ukrainians are fighting for their lives because, in case of refusal to serve in the occupied territories, there is no chance of salvation.

Today, the keen participation of society in volunteering and the financial support of the army is key to the stability and success of the country. Ukrainians must unite to overcome this challenging struggle.
