Ukrposhta adjusts limits: it will affect all Ukrainians

As of July 1, Ukrposhta has updated the terms of cash payments for individuals, which will contribute to improved tax collection.

“As a result of the risk analysis, we are changing the rules for accepting cash-on-delivery items. The changes will not significantly affect the majority of our clients, and others will have time to adapt to the new requirements,” Ukrposhta representatives noted in the Telegram channel.

Cash payment limits for individuals

From now on, individuals can receive up to 100,000 hryvnias and make no more than 10 payment transactions per month.

Cash payment limits for payments to a bank card

The current limits remain unchanged and are:

up to 50 payment transactions per day;

maximum 500 transactions per month;

the maximum amount of transactions per day – 29,999 hryvnias;

Maximum amount of transactions per month: 250,000 hryvnias.

“These limits are quite sufficient for individuals who are not engaged in entrepreneurial activities. If you plan to or are already selling goods, it is recommended to register an individual entrepreneur or choose another legal form of business,” Ukrposhta concluded.

It was previously reported that Ukrainians could receive a monthly allowance of 20,000 hryvnias under specific conditions. Additionally, it provided detailed coverage of the issues related to payments and benefits for large families in 2025.
