Lifecell provides discounts, but quickly cancels them: subscribers do not have time to calculate the lost funds

Mobile operator Lifecell has come under fire for offering discounts and then cancelling them without warning, leading to growing resentment among subscribers. One user made the complaint on Facebook.

According to the information, the woman received a 120-day discount on the service, but the company later decided to cancel it without warning, resulting in her account being debited without explanation.

She noted: “First, you provided a discount for 120 days until 11.06.2025, and then, without any warning, you removed it and debited my account without explaining why. Why are you misleading consumers?”

In addition, the subscriber reported that she received several SMS messages from Lifecell demanding that she top up her account early despite having enough minutes left for communication. This causes users to feel pressured and spend unnecessarily.

She also emphasized that over time, the quality of service from Lifecell deteriorates, and the complaint material no longer receives the due attention it deserves. “The further, the more hostile and humiliating your attitude towards subscribers becomes,” the woman wrote.

It was previously reported that mobile tariffs will not increase until the end of the year, but there are certain nuances to this. Advice was also provided on how to save on mobile operator services in Ukraine, considering the changes in tariffs that may approach European standards.
