How to successfully appeal a 17,000 fine from the CCC

In Ukraine, fines for failure to comply with military service can range from 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias for individuals, and from 34,000 to 59,500 hryvnias for legal entities. However, according to lawyer Dmytro Franchuk, such fines can often be appealed and canceled if you act thoughtfully and promptly.

The expert notes that many administrative decisions on fines contain errors, which makes it possible to appeal them. Each person has the right to appeal within 30 days after the fine is issued.

The algorithm for appealing a fine involves preparing an application, attaching relevant documents, and submitting it to the territorial recruitment center (TCK) in person, by mail, or electronically. A response to such an application must be received within 10 days.

The lawyer also noted that judicial practice in Ukraine often supports the rights of citizens. For example, the Supreme Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region canceled the fine because the representatives of the CCC did not provide sufficient evidence of the person’s guilt.

At the same time, information has recently emerged that women will be called up for service, as well as new rules for canceling reservations that can occur without warning under certain conditions.
