2000 грн на дитину: українські батьки можуть отримати нову допомогу - хто отримає ці виплати

UAH 2,000 per child: Ukrainian parents can receive new assistance – who will receive these payments

In the Sumy region, parents who evacuated their children from danger zones can receive a one-time financial assistance of 2,000 hryvnias. The money is already available, but only those who can confirm the child’s status as an internally displaced person can receive it, the Department of Social Policy of the Sumy Regional State Administration reported.

This initiative is part of the program to support displaced persons for 2025–2026 and is financed from the regional budget. The payment is targeted, meaning it is allocated to each child individually. Not only parents, but also guardians, grandparents, or other legal representatives can apply for assistance.

To receive the payment, you must personally contact the Department of Social Policy or the relevant department of the district state administration or local council. The applicant must submit an application, provide bank account details, and include a package of supporting documents. Among the required documents are a passport, an identification code, a certificate confirming family ties with the child, and a document on registering the child as an internally displaced person.

Please note that the payment will be made from available funds, so it is essential to act promptly, as the budget may be limited. The program is intended only for those who have officially evacuated from dangerous zones in the Sumy region. All documents must be in order, as the payment may be denied in the absence of an IDP certificate or confirmation of family ties.
