PrivatBank announced changes in tariffs: which services will become payable

From January 1, 2026, PrivatBank will introduce new tariff conditions that will affect the use of bank cards. In particular, the procedure for paying for services that were previously free of charge will change, as it has become known from official sources of the financial institution.

From now on, the bank is introducing a fixed fee of 80 hryvnias for card delivery across Ukraine. This service, which was previously provided free of charge, will begin to be charged to customers in January 2026.

Regarding international delivery, the bank plans to introduce individual tariffs that will vary depending on the country of destination. The price of sending a card will be determined based on logistics costs and geographical direction.

Customers still have the opportunity to receive cards for free until the end of 2025, but from the new year, the rules will change.

The delivery service covers the territory of all of Ukraine and 48 other countries. To order a new card or reissue an old one, users can use the Privat24 mobile application. The process is quite simple: you need to go to the “All cards” section, select the desired card, configure it, click “Order card”, specify the delivery address, and confirm the order. Delivery is provided via “Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta”, depending on the client’s choice.

Additionally, we note that PrivatBank previously offered attractive conditions for saving on card payments for services, and also canceled the subscription fee for specific clients.
