The daughter of the mayor of Yaremche became the owner of an apartment worth 7 million, a house in the Carpathians and a fleet of cars – an investigation into the golden heirs

The daughter of the mayor of Yaremche, Vitalia Myronyak, recently graduated from university and is currently working as a writer and blogger. In just one year, she became the owner of a luxurious apartment in the capital and two SUVs, and all this without any obvious sources of income. This issue was considered in the investigation.

In the family of Yaremche mayor Andriy Myronyak, success is hereditary. Vitalia, who recently graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, owns a three-room apartment in an elite residential complex in Kyiv, as well as two Suzuki Jimny cars, 2015 and 2023 models. Both vehicles were purchased on the same day in 2023, and their total cost exceeds $35,000.

Vitalia’s apartment is located in the Rusanivska Gavan residential complex, where the price of similar apartments with an area of ​​over 100 square meters is about 7 million hryvnias.

In the same year, 2023, the apartment appeared in the real estate register in her name.

Vitalia presents herself on public platforms as the author of a book about the Yaremche region and actively publishes materials on social networks, demonstrating her grandmother’s restored hut in a traditional style. Outwardly, everything looks romantic and modest, but in reality, behind this is luxurious housing in Kyiv and new cars.

When asked about the sources of such finances, Mayor Andriy Myronyak noted that “the apartment was purchased in 2015-2016 for leasing,” but it has been listed in the register only since 2023. He also claims that “the woman had a large business, before the war, up to 100 people worked,” but did not explain how much money his daughter could have used to purchase such property.

The study did not find any registered business for Vitalia. At the same time, her mother, Nadiya Myronyak, declared over 20 million hryvnias in income for 2024, while having an individual entrepreneur in the third group with a limit of 9.3 million per year. However, the company has not shown any profits for several years.
