FC ”Kudrivka” came under the attention of BEB: Prikhodko’s ally club signed an agreement with the Russian bookmaker
The State Bureau of Economic Security plans to inspect the football club “Kudrivka” and its owner.
The club has agreed with the betting operator BetKing, which is connected to the Russian market. In this regard, the agency is preparing to begin inspections of the club’s owner and the financial structure of its activities. Sources claim that the investigation will cover not only the agreement with BetKing, but also other financial flows that supply resources to the club.
Who is behind “Kudrivka”: the person of Roman Solodarenko
“Kudrivka” belongs to Roman Solodarenko, who is the president and owner of the club. In 2023, he became the owner of the club “Nyva” (Buzova), which merged with “Kudrivka”. The team now plays in the First League under the new name “Kudrivka-Nyva”. Solodarenko positions himself as a philanthropist in the world of football, although until recently, he was little known in the media field.
He is a long-time partner of MP Borys Prykhodko and a business partner of his sons. After Prykhodko’s political rise, his family’s assets began to grow significantly. Therefore, on the Prykhodkos’ share, his eldest son Daniil holds high positions in the National Bank and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and the younger Demyan, together with his partner, acquired an agricultural company with a vast land bank.
Solodarenko provided financing for the construction of projects belonging to the Prykhodko family.
“Kudrivka” in the context of business schemes: from football to development
In the early stages of establishing the legal entity “FC Kudrivka”, the key partners were individuals with connections to the Prykhodkos’ business. Today, developers associated with their group own significant parts of the territories for new buildings in Vyshgorod.
Despite the investigation and scandal surrounding the deal with BetKing, Kudrivka continues to actively sign new players, which raises questions about the club’s sources of funding.
The editorial staff of the Stop Corruption TV media outlet has sent requests to the Bureau of Economic Security and the State Agency for Gambling Control, asking them to verify the deal with BetKing, the club’s ownership structure, and the origin of its funding.
The circumstances surrounding the club’s activities and its ties to individuals associated with Prykhodko continue to arouse interest and suspicion in society.
