Influence of payments on Independence Day to receive a subsidy
In Ukraine, it is specified how the festive payment for Independence Day will affect subsidies. It has been found that this assistance will not be taken into account when calculating the average monthly income to receive state support.
The experts of the Pension Fund noted that the calculation of subsidies takes into account different types of income, including salaries, pensions, scholarships (except for social for orphans), as well as social payments, unemployment benefits, and other sources of revenue. A single fee for Independence Day mustn’t be included in this calculation, because it is provided once a year.
This means that receiving this cash assistance will not affect your chances of getting a subsidy, and its size will remain the same. However, it should be borne in mind that all regular income affects the subsidy calculation.
If questions arise about this process, the Pension Fund is advised to seek consultations to avoid possible misunderstandings.
Thus, holiday payments for Independence Day will not prevent you from getting a subsidy, but other stable income may affect its size.
