Reservation from mobilization: is it possible to get an instant deferral when getting a new job?
Even if you have just started working, your company can provide you with a reservation.
In Ukraine, several basic requirements must be met to issue a reservation, as explained by military lawyer Mykhailo Lobunko.
First, the employee must be on military registration and work in a state structure or a critical enterprise. You must also update your personal data in accordance with Law No. 3633-IX and be removed from the wanted list. This can be done through district territorial recruitment centers or by using the “Reserve+” application, where all necessary data, including address and contact information, should be provided.
If all these conditions are met, a reservation can be issued even for new employees, but the enterprise must also have a critical status. The law does not require an employee to have a mandatory period of work to receive a reservation.
It is worth noting that territorial recruitment centers operate within the framework of the law. Although various scary stories are being spread, most of them are Russian fakes aimed at undermining mobilization in Ukraine. Many representatives of the CCC are veterans who have already fought for their country. If the war had not broken out, there would be no need to serve summonses.
Russian troops are damaging cities, torturing, raping, and killing. Refusal to serve in occupied lands can be fatal. History shows that disarmament in the post-war period, such as after World War I, led to numerous tragedies, including the Holodomor.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are fighting for our lives, and each of us must take an active part: donate, volunteer, and support the military. Only together can we win this war and preserve our freedom.
Earlier, we reported on mobilization in the occupied territories: refusal to serve can result in severe consequences. The Russians have their own methods of increasing pressure on Ukrainians in terms of prices. We provide details of the situation in the occupied lands and links to instructions on how to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without the participation of the CCK.
