It is better not to turn off refrigerators and freezers, because even a slight increase in temperature can lead to spoilage of products.

Security systems and medical equipment deserve special attention. Alarms, video cameras, sensors, and vital devices must function continuously. They must be provided with backup power.

Even computers and laptops do not want to be turned off suddenly. This can lead to damage to the hard drive or operating system, especially during updates or data recording.
