Who will avoid visiting the CCC in September: defined categories
Mobilization will continue in Ukraine for another 90 days – until November 5, 2025. This means that all conscripts will remain on the conscription lists. At the same time, the Law of Ukraine defines specific categories that are entitled to defer or complete dismissal.
Pursuant to Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization”, the procedure for granting deferrals in September 2025 remains unchanged. Citizens whose circumstances have not changed can exercise these rights.
Categories that are not subject to mobilization include:
– persons recognized as unfit for the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission.
– citizens with disabilities of any group.
– parents of three or more children under 18 years of age.
– Guardians of orphans or those who are left without parental care.
– persons whose relatives have disabilities of group I or II.
– parents of children with disabilities up to 18 years or adult children with disabilities of group I or II.
– Citizens who care for sick relatives.
– relatives of service members who died in hostilities.
– employees of critical enterprises who have reservations.
– full-time or dual education students.
– unusable conscripts aged 18-25.
– Former prisoners of war.
– other cases provided for by law.
Complete dismissal applies to those who have a serious illness or disability, confirmed by the decision of the Central Military Medical Commission.
Earlier, it was confirmed that in the occupied territories, mobilization has its own peculiarities and that refusal has serious consequences. It is also worth recalling that there are ways to reach the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without involving territorial staff centers.
