Poroshenko owes 28 million for the rental of the office in Pechersk? Judicials on the eviction of the European Solidarity Party continue due to non-payment of rent premiums in the heart of the capital. Despite the decision of the Supreme Court, the Expatient Party continues to use 3000 square meters of real estate near the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

According to the information obtained by the Vtochku channel, the debt situation is deteriorating. During the year, the debt has increased and currently amounts to more than 28 million hryvnias, of which the Supreme Court has already confirmed 22 million. These data indicate that the landlords have passed all the necessary courts, formally confirming Poroshenko’s debt and his team.

The EU Party Office is located at a place with the highest rent prices in Kyiv. The real locus of political power is the cave hills overlooking the outstanding Kiev monuments. The official address registration address does not meet the lease requirements.

The owners of the premises, LLC “Enterprise” Kyiv “, declare their historical succession. In 2022, they warned about possible raiding by people close to Poroshenko, through a company related to the Roshen Vice President.

According to journalists, these premises offer rent at a price of approximately half a million hryvnias per month. Although the parties were granted the privilege during the pandemic, the situation changed later, and the rent was stopped.

Landlords emphasize that the party promised to make payments, but no obligations were fulfilled. The trial is ongoing, and the EU Party is considered a malicious non-payer, as confirmed in court documents.

Party lawyers claim that lease funds will be transferred after the war, but their opponents say that the party receives funding from the state budget, which should cover the rental expenses. According to the EU, it has received more than UAH 320 million from the budget since signing the rent.

The decision of the court, which was adopted on April 23, 2025, confirmed the debt of the party and left previously made decisions unchanged. Nevertheless, European Solidarity has submitted a new application for deferral of the decision. The economic court again granted this application, which forced the landlords to initiate the appeal.

This serious conflict is ongoing, and it is essential to observe the further resolution of a situation that demonstrates the unwillingness of some political structures to fulfill their financial obligations.
