Oschadbank announced serious changes
Oschadbank has announced a new service that enables customers to sign bank documents remotely via the “Diya” application, eliminating the need to visit branches in person. Bank representatives noted that this innovation allows users to access banking services more quickly and conveniently, particularly when abroad, and significantly saves time.
The electronic signature functionality via “Diya” makes it possible to execute various documents, including:
opening new payment cards and accounts;
opening and managing deposits;
confirming data for financial monitoring;
obtaining certificates from the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
In the near future, this function will be expanded, and customers will be able to sign documents related to:
rental of individual safes;
setting credit limits;
new forms of financial monitoring.
How the service works
When a document is generated, the client receives a push notification in the “Mobile Oschad” application, views the document, and confirms the signature via “Diya”. After that, the document is automatically saved in the bank’s electronic archive and becomes available for download at any time.
Earlier, it was reported that Oschadbank began to write off funds from customers’ accounts without warning. It was also noted that a new commission was introduced for pensioners, and customers accused the bank of card fraud.
