Russian drone attack on Dnipro and Kharkiv: injuries recorded

On September 30, several explosions occurred in Dnipro due to an attack by strike drones. This event led to destruction and injuries among residents.

Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported: “Drones attacked Dnipro. According to preliminary data, there are injuries, and several fires have broken out. We are finding out all the details. The alarm is still ongoing – take care of your safety.”

According to doctors, at the time of the report, 12 injured people were already in Dnipro hospitals, most of them with shrapnel wounds and bruises. One patient was in serious condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance.

Footage from the scene of the incident spread on social networks, showing flames and smoke rising after the drone hit the building. According to the data, buildings and cars were also damaged.

An eyewitness in the building hit by the drone said he heard the drone’s sound, followed by an explosion. “I tried to get out, the windows and doors flew out,” he shared his impressions.

Mayor Boris Filatov also commented on the situation, indicating that the attack damaged the building of the medical center and the children’s dentistry. The city is now actively cooperating with rescuers to overcome the consequences.

On the same day, Kharkiv also became a target for drones. Mayor Igor Terekhov reported an explosion in the Kyivsky district. Initially, it was noted that the drone hit did not cause any casualties or severe damage, but soon, new explosions were reported. Five new arrivals were recorded in a short period.

In addition, in Konotop, during the drone attack, one of the residents received a bullet wound. According to him, this happened as a result of the drone being shot down by an air defense system. The man is currently hospitalized and is being prepared for surgery.
