Odesa judge unexpectedly did not indicate the luxury apartment and Audi Q8 in the declaration, but later corrected herself: what other property does Feduleeva have?
Judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa, Yulia Feduleeva, made corrections to her declaration after the media published information about her undeclared property. The original version of the document did not mention an elite apartment in the center of Odessa or the expensive cars her family used.
After the publication in the media, the judge supplemented the declaration by adding a new apartment with an area of over 210 square meters, purchased on April 1, 2024. Formally, this property is registered in the name of Lyubov Alekseevna Tambovtseva, apparently a relative of the judge. At the same time, Feduleeva and her husband, Igor, have only the right to reside in the apartment. The cost was not specified.
Although the family declared an income of almost 5 million hryvnias for 2024, most of the property is registered in the names of other persons. Among the real estate is a 2-hectare land plot in the village of Molodizhne, purchased in 2008, and an apartment in Odessa measuring 47.5 m² for the judge’s husband.
The family also owns two luxury cars – an Audi Q8 and a BMW X7. However, officially, these cars do not belong to family members: the Audi is registered to Vasyl Serbin, and the BMW to Oleksandr Tambovtsev, probably another relative. Igor Feduleev uses them on the terms of an oral agreement. The cost of these cars is not indicated in the declaration, although market prices range from 1.5 to 3 million hryvnias.
Experts say using expensive cars without registering ownership is a popular way to hide tangible assets. Over the past year, the Feduleev family declared almost 4.82 million hryvnias of income, including the judge’s salary and profits from the husband’s business activities.
The declaration also lists considerable cash savings: over $114,000 and 390,000 hryvnias.
There have been previous speculations that Judge Feduleeva, based on her professional background and lifestyle, has established herself as a key figure in local deals. She is well-versed in how to please the region’s secretive “godfathers” and keep elite assets a secret.
