A new service at Rezerv+: parents of children with disabilities will receive a deferment without unnecessary bureaucracy
A new service in the Rezerv+ application allows parents of children with disabilities to request a deferment without visiting the authorities in person.
The service allows parents to request a mobilization postponement online without collecting documents or standing in line. The Ministry of Defense informed about this initiative.
The system automatically checks data from the registers of the Ministry of Social Policy, DRATS, and the Pension Fund, and sends the results directly to users on their smartphones.
You can count on this service:
parents of children with disabilities under the age of 18;
parents of adult children with group I or II disabilities.
If both parents are conscripted, each of them can apply separately through Reserve+. The main requirement is the availability of up-to-date information on disability in state registers.
To submit a request, update the application to the latest version, complete authorization, open the menu, select the “Submit request for postponement” option, and specify the desired type. After sending the application, wait for a notification with a decision.
In the case of a refusal, it is most often due to the absence or inaccuracy of data. To correct the situation, you can use the Electronic Office of a person with a disability, contact the National Center for the Prevention of Disabilities, or contact the PFU. The fastest information update occurs in OSZN.
It should be noted that if the disability document becomes invalid, an application can be submitted only after re-examining and updating the information.
Rezerv+ also offers the option to apply for a deferral for students, persons with disabilities, parents with many children, relatives of defenders, and education workers.
In addition, new functions for conscripts have been added to the application, including the ability to download documents, review the reasons for resolution cancellations, and receive new documents via e-mail.
