Генштаб підтвердив: TikTok Манька не містив секретної інформації

The General Staff confirmed: Manka’s TikTok did not contain classified information

The head of the assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valentyn Manko, became the object of attention after the publication of an image of the maps on the TikTok platform. The General Staff conducted a thorough inspection and found no violations.

The colonel posted on his account photos of maps marked with personal markings along the front line, sparking public debate and fears of a possible leak of restricted information.

According to the message received from the Main Directorate of Communication of the Armed Forces, the examination of the published maps confirmed that they do not contain the coordinates of combat operations or indicate the participation of specific units.

The military also noted that the information on the maps does not pose a security threat, as a significant amount of time has passed between the events and their publication. The post does not contain sensitive data that enemy forces could use to harm the Ukrainian army.

Manko himself explained that he used Google Maps and made the marks himself, stressing that the publication does not contain closed or official materials.

The General Staff confirmed that the results of a detailed analysis showed that the maps did not contain information that the enemy could use.

Meanwhile, law enforcement officers in the Odesa region eliminated an attempt to raid the property of a serviceman. This case involved his ex-wife, who tried to force him to transfer real estate and cars to her.
