In Kyiv, a 28-year-old woman organized a “home” drug sales business

The capital’s law enforcement officers discovered and stopped the activities of a young woman who organized the illegal sale of psychotropic substances directly from her own apartment. “Clients” received prohibited substances by approaching the window.

In Kyiv, police officers detained a 28-year-old woman who created a network for the sale of psychotropic substances without leaving her home. The investigation established that her buyers, among whom were acquaintances, picked up orders through a window on the first floor.

During a sanctioned search, law enforcement officers seized 30 zip-lock bags with drugs, electronic scales, mobile phones, and currency received from the sale. The offender was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

Investigators found that the detainee not only stored drugs, but also regularly sold them. She has already been charged under Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which concerns illegal activity with narcotic drugs, committed repeatedly. The offender may be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 10 years.
